Y dentro del ecosistema \u00e1gil, <strong>Scrum se ha consolidado como la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexible, colaborativa y eficaz<\/strong> para desarrollar, lanzar y escalar tiendas online adaptadas al mercado digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este art\u00edculo veremos c\u00f3mo aplicar Scrum en todas las fases de un proyecto ecommerce, qu\u00e9 roles, artefactos y ceremonias son clave, c\u00f3mo adaptar el marco a equipos de desarrollo y negocio, y qu\u00e9 beneficios concretos puede aportar. Tambi\u00e9n incluimos buenas pr\u00e1cticas y errores frecuentes que conviene evitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Scrum en ecommerce?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El desarrollo de un ecommerce no es solo una cuesti\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. MVP y validaci\u00f3n de mercado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scrum impulsa la idea de entregar <strong>un producto usable y mejorable desde el principio<\/strong>.
